Search Terms
When a visitor types a name, location, or other search term into a third-party search box, that request is sent to the partner that operates the tool. Nicholas County Inmate Population does not run those partner databases and does not store those search terms on its own server.
Messages
If you email us or send a contact message, we may keep your name, email address, and message long enough to read it, respond, and manage follow-up. We do not share contact messages outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement calls for it.
